Cloudahh takes no responsbility for the content created on this platform by the customers and users.

Cloudahh reserve the right to remove content at any time, though usually this would be content which is deemed as offensive or illegal, which may or may not be at the request of a government body or individuals making complaints.

3rd parties which want to complain about content published on Cloudahh should in the first instance attempt to contact the creator of the content, this would be the owner of the domain of the the live site, before contacting Cloudahh.

Cloudahh reserve the right to change the layout templates as provided, without requiring consent for the changes and without having to give notice. These changes will be minimal and will try to maintain the original look and feel. Templates may or may not contain links back to the Cloudahh.com website.

Users of Cloudahh agree not to hold Cloudahh liable for any software bugs or the effects caused to users by such bugs or by effects caused from using Cloudahh. Cluodahh will seek to remedy any bugs in the software.
